According to a coworker of my daughter who works at a 311 call center, he was waiting at one of the C Line stations at ENY a little after 800AM this morning and several minutes after the train was due at his station and didn’t come. an announcement was made that there would be a delay in service because one of the members of the train crew refused to take the rain any farther in service and just left it wherever it was causing the 311 employee to be late for work. I don’t have any more details than that since I don’t know the specific station but something does sound a bit strange about his story. |
