HE WAS NOT MURDERED. He died while being taken into custody. Pre-existing Cardiac, Respiratory issue.PROFF: He was shouting "I CANNOT BREATHE" Ergo he WAS breathing, or he would not be able to shout. Once you start resisting officers, they are going to keep fighting you as long as you are resisting. If he wanted to live, all he had to do was to stop resisting (which would relive the cardio-pulmonary demands at once and he could then have asked the officers for oxygen and an ambulance. But if you panic and fight, and you will always fight for oxygen, then you may succumb to the situation even if the officers do not have hold on you. |
