At either the December, 2019 or January 2020 monthly MTA Board Meeting, it was announced that the R32's will be retired by the end of the first quarter of 2020.Even if that target date is changed, that means that the R46's will be retired AFTER the R32's. Otherwise MTA would have not have said a word in the meeting about retiring R32's.....no matter when the time would be. |
