"The value of it taking (not enough) auto traffic off the road is worth millions, perhaps billions."But the other side of that sword of less cars on the road is the loss of toll revenue & less $$$ coming in due to lower gas consumption and the coinciding hit on gas taxes at the pump. Some number crunching is in order to see who saves what. |
