LL is where all the food is and some of it's pretty good, especially for a train station. Food requires seating, which was removed from the upper level. Seating is also required for some us olds/disablesds who have problems after standing or walking for any period of time.Guess what's happening to the lower level. I didn't read the article and won't bother, but yeah the "homeless" are definitely present and increasing in GCT. |
