It depends on the particular bus and the particular bridge. I wouldn't bet that every parkway arch has even a 12' clearance at the center. A few of them are quite low, especially on the sides. In some cases, four lanes pass under the arch, so the bus may not be able to travel exactly under the center without straddling lanes. So if any bus drivers are reading, please don't do anything stupid. |
