How hard would it be to punch 2 holes in the sidewalk or buy a part of a building near the hottest stations, and create vent towers? There appear to be vent buildings for the river tunnels, mini versions could do for regular subway lines.If the city was smart, they'd use semi-reflective pavement on the avenues. |
