But what is your point?It meant something back then. What’s it worth today? 20 million? And that was for a small part of the borough. It’s like spending 100 million for Queens which isn’t chicken feed. They are not willing to do that. They say the plan is cost neutral but it appears more like a major cut in spending and service. |
