Things are still at the environmental assessment and preliminary design stage.There is less than $1 billion in the MTA '15-'19 "Capital Plan" for this so-called project—and LIRR already "borrowed" from its allocation to buy M9s. They are still "seeking" more money at this stage—a "proposed" $1.131 billion, and that won't be enough either knowing how these guys operate. All hot air. Can't believe you're actually falling for it. |
