I was laying the groundwork and it after that sailed that way.Getting back on topic: Yes, Cuomo's ego played a big part, we know that. The problem as I said is, I believe he feels he has to do everything his donors want to make sure he gets that fourth term that eluded his father, and that likely includes (mostly) running the MTA the way his donors want. |
