NEITHER gurasntees perfect comprehension of every issue. There is always more to be learnt.Cuomo maybe a competent pol; a transit expert he is not. While forcing SAS to actually get something finished was very good PR, that in no way makes up for the wasted/stolen billions on either SAS or ESA both of which should be done and already in service for a decade or more at half or less than has been spent. If he were serious, he would put his energy intoreducing the graft and featherbedding in these projects, but,that might cost him his political future. Bottom line? keep Byford, make Cuomo resign I say. |
