They could have done mini highs, ramps to highs, off board lifts. All of these have been done in cities near to me in the SF Bay area) Bottom line, ADAIS 30 years old give or take and actually, as I have seen for years, nominally ablep ersons--parents w/ toddlers in strollers, folks using a laundry/grocery cart to go shopping, et make use of all of these options making the most of "public" transit. |
