If you take a good look at the photos, you will notice that the ramp is well south of the tower structure south of the station and the Ave Y staircase. I haven’t been able to find any information about that ramp but AFAIK it was always there as long as the rest of the Culver structure was. What I haven’t been able to find out is of there were any tracks on that ramp or switches connected to it or if that tower was ever active or was always vacant. Does anyone out there have any accurate info about it? |
