My general experience at Jamaica has been exactly that - a local and express at the same time. Usually if the Brooklyn train was on 3 it was a three-way meet, but if it was on 2 there generally wouldn't be a Penn train on 3. I usually rode reverse-peak, though, maybe peak service has more variations. |
