The end of trolleys on the Route 15

Bye-bye

It's coming to an end, Septa only has 8 usable PCC-II streetcars . They can't get the parts to fix them. We'll see what happens on Feb. 22nd, 2020.IF a trolley never runs on the new tracks from the I-95 Revive project, PENN-DOT might come back and sue Septa for that money, I would think!
