I'F I'd come into a few bucks, I'd be looking for an AMC Pacer. Now those things are rare. NEVER see one on the road, even on a warm spring afternoon when car collectors would strut their wheels. AFAIK, there are more surviving Edsels out there than Pacers. I kinda liked the way they looked, like big fishbowls. Folks I knew that owned them say they'd get one good year out of them & then, everything would go.Thanks to the Pacer, AMC would get a new meaning...American Made Crap! |
