Their subway car side certainly has had real problems, but I'm not sure the C series was not more financial than quality. They really didn't have the resources to bring it to market on a timely basis. They may have had better cash flow if there other projects delivered on time and without penalties. NJT seems to keep buying their commuter cars.... |
