I don't know Portland well but I do know Seattle.Mid-July to mid-August there is often no rain at all. It can get hot once the fog burns off. The rest of the summer typically is partly cloudy with a chance of showers. Early to mid June it can easily still be in the 50s and rainy. I have been snowed on 40 miles southeast of Seattle, not even too high in the mountains (maybe 4000 feet), on July 1. |
