It's much more moderate overall, but it makes sense that London being on a smallish island would be influenced by ocean temps in a manner similar to the Pacific NW.Europe tends to be more moderate, but farther inland places like Moscow are somewhat similar to similar latitudes in NA. Even farther inland and iinm places like Kazakhstan are even less temperate than places of similar latitude in NA. Compare Calgary to Nur-Sultan for example. I know that's Asia, but the Europe-Asia border is fairly arbitrary imo. |
