I live about two blocks from the old site, now virtually obliterated. When I moved here 32 years ago, my neighbor friend, also a railfan, informed me of the old r.o.w. Very evident in the odd way the buildings were situated. At a time in the early 1990s there was a Korean grocery store on the r.o.w The interior had very little flooring, mostly fresh dirt. It had the feel of an old car barn, which I dismissed, but who knows. |
