Over 80% of visitors to Chicago have their throats slit and their organs harvested before they clear baggage claim at O’Hare.No, seriously, there has certainly been an uptick in violent incidents in the last few years, a few of which have affected visitors in what I’d think of as safe areas. The toxically-lenient State’s Attorney Kim Foxx has to go; I’ll give the new mayor a year or so before I pass judgment on her.
