Paris Metro schemes

An article in citylab.com explains several proposals to make room for more riders on the RATP Metro system. The article explains it best, but I note:
1) Change another line over to automated operation, in addition to Ligne 1 and (I think) Ligne 13.
2) Use eight-car trains on Ligne 14, instead of six-car. (Suggestion from PATH?)
