Not commonly done but it was not unheard of when car shortages at one shop happen due to program mtce. other shops had their spare factors reduced. It's possible that these 4 cars were loaners from Corona. It's also possible that this was not a road train, but a shop drag sending cars for heavy mtce. or wheel truing. |
