That is the stupidest use of semantics ever. Does that mean it's not enforcable, and there's no lawyers or judges deciding the...lets see since it's not technically a "case", and it's not "at bar"...matter at the conference table, that it's not enforceable nor ever final?Or is the technical point worthless in reality other than that it's not going to be reported in Westlaw? |
