Because it's not the same inspector for one and secondly, since it is a violation erroneously issued times 300 (+/-) for the same issue that isn't an obligation of the homeowner.THe deputy and/or Borough commissioner has an obligation and responsibility to ensure that the facade unit or retaining wall unit issues violations correctly. |
