We are spending billion to improve the passenger experience at the terminal, and both of us want to see a major improvement in access which will bring more passengers to the airport. If the actual air ops don't get better long term, it will never be a first class airport. If you aren't going to solve the whole problem, don't waste the money on a half a fix. |
