I still maintain that the Fkln Shuttle should have been rebuilt in its entirety fo 600 ft trains with a 2 tk terminal at Fkln. That way in the event of any disruptions on the subway such as Manny B closures, an alternate Brighton Lcl service could be operated into Fkln to allow passengers to transfer to the IRT at E/Pky and the IND at Fkln.
