There was to reason to pull off the mid-day trains in the first place. The trains layup in Newark for about 80 minutes. Late evening is a different matter. In any case, most of them are not that well patronized east of Newark. 45% of total RVL ridership goes to NYPS. Most off peak trains have 3 open cars. |
