It would be relatively easy to adapt Woodhaven Blvd. station as an express stop, and a convenient transfer point from QB express service to RBB trains. The trackways already exist.

As someone here mentioned the other day, the Woodhaven local platforms could then be used as a shuttle terminal for late night operations, though it would be a big expense to install new switches across the line.
