Maybe it's time to get volunteers to do at least some of the work. I bet a dozen or two SubChat or Railroad.net volunteers would be happy at least to clear the RoW for bragging rights and a picture on someone's blog or on NYCSubway.org. I know, poison ivy and NIMBY's. But as I always like to say, "It's a dirty job but someone has to do it." $8 billion? |
