This "Garbage' started when the Tea Party started to get rid of the moderate Republicans, in the early 2000's. Then, the Democrats started to move from the center, to the left. Without moderates from both parties getting elected and working together, Congress is doomed to do nothing. Like it or not, most of out important legislation was accomplished with some give-and-take from both parties. |
