Sure, and then the video plays. The company says "text book example of conduct unbecoming and a violation of rules E,K,Q, " there really isn't anything for the arbiter to weigh in the Employees favor. And I'm sure there's some established precedent in the case of obvious rude gesture.At least in the case of the Hoboken Engineer there was ADA and NJT not detecting a hazardous medical condition. |
