All events as described by posters about are legitimate in outlook. However NYCT can resolve a graffiti issue by removing it, it can't arrest the social issues of crime in the subway. Addressing crime is the responsibility of the Police. However a political agenda by some public prosecutors (DA's) who the position feel that to pursuit the application of the law is predatory to an underprivileged class of citizens.Big difference the way NYC was like in the 1940's through the mid 1960's. |
