He will, but I think Bratton deserves some of the credit.Guiliana in his 2nd term got too full of himself and went off like a rabid animal over an exhibit at the Brooklyn Art Museum, at which point his sanity came into question. Also stupid of him to put a command center in the WTC knowing the WTC got its first attack in 1993 and itself was a target. |
