PTC isn’t CBTC with ATO. :-)NYCTA isn’t going to make the investment in CBTC without ATO, and ATO is general is unlikely to manifest itself on SMEE stock. I mean, car equipment could rig up something to enforce the cab signals and moving block aspect, and some have argued for that for the work train fleet, but it’s not something that’s going to be plug and play like a USB key for the SMEEs or museum fleet. |
