If there were somewhere for it to go in Manhattan, I'd say the best result would be to run all Fs express and have some other line be a local which begins at Church Av. The M-V combo screwed that up for now.Maybe they'll curtail the SAS at Phase 3 and route it through the Rutgers tunnel for the Brooklyn connection, then we might have something... |
