It was a new conductor, he knew what he needed to do but was afraid to do it, what with the T/O being a senior operator.Me, I'd a pulled the hand brake and call it in as bad brakes. Let TSS find him drunk as a skunk or whatever. Crews are supposed to check in before their first run and the dispatcher is supposed to look them over to see if they are fit to operate. Oh Well ROAR |
