In many cases, one spouse needs to be home when the other goes to work, or pick up an drop off at school is a factor. It may be a sec ond job or helping to care for an elderly or infirm parent. Lots of reasons why one situation may work for one person and not another.Remember,the OT after 40 is not the same as OT after * in the scenario you present, 4X10 is 0 OT whereas it would be 32+8 with an 8 hour day scale. It is a cut in pay. |
