If you revert to the 40 hour FLA standard instead of the current after 8 paid hours, 4 10s is 40 hours no ot. Whether or not that includes paid breaks or lunch is a separate matter. I worked on an 8-330 job, thats 7.5 hours, nut only 7 was paid time, the lunch was not paid. I got OT after 7, if I worked until 430 that was 1 hour of ot the lunch, being unpaid didn't count. If lunch was paid it would have been a different story. |
