So a run or trick that pays 10 hours (9:20 actual pays 10].......would be a 4 day 37:20 minute week? If he gets a late clear the next day is time and a half?I just don’t understand what the difference is between paying OT after 8 or 40 is except in the rare cases of someone with no sick time left booking off 3 days and working two days of penalty jobs. How often does that happen? BS! |
