Snow drifts three feet deep.

But then it would also close the tracks that are in the open depression between 4th Ave and 9th Ave.

LION would run the (RR) train from Astoria to Forth Hamilton via Broadway Local. (Him has said this before. 9th Ave Lower level can be configured into a staging facility for trains tio lay up over night.
