I think Byford said that the back up system wasn't working Friday. What he didn't tell us that the backup system wasn't working all the other times the signals went down all the other times either.I can tell you this as a (retired 5 1/2 years) MOTORMAN: when the back up system comes in, all the signals don't momentarily turn red because it will trip some trains. |
