Posted by rbseabeach on Mon Jul 22 06:14:19 2019 I read an article in a Bklyn tabloid that there will be trains sent as expresses from Jay St to Church Avenue in the AM peak and two in PM peak starting in the fall.In the article it also mentions the outrage of elected officials in communities where the stops will be skipped. The MTA response is that it is giving riders in southern Brooklyn relief since there are many stops on the line. Why not extend this express further south to Kings HWY or Neptune Avenue? If I am not mistaken, don't they have a configuration that could handle an express? |
