The problem with computer tech is that if you don’t do the proper upkeep it either working or not working at all vs mechanical where if you don’t do the proper upkeep it may fail a little but still work .

I bet we are going to find out that proper upkeep was not done and presto need entirely new system. The current rail control center 20 years old ?
