Why close Rikers just to expand or open others.Aside from the fact that Bill DeLazyoe expects to get enormous kick-backs from developers who see that as the most prime real estate in the city. If real estate interests want that land, klet them build SEVEN new prisons elsewhere around the city. Let them fight the NIMBYS. Otherwise tell the real estate interests (and Bill DeLazyo to go pound sand. ROAR |
