This is bullshit and contrary to basic American legal principles. If arrest were sufficient evidence of guilt, then trials would be a waste of time and effort.People who are actually caught with a gun on camera (actually using it in a dangerous and illegal way) can be remanded. You say that as if it’s an insult. I wear it as a badge of honor. |
