I think various people are making the point that these are very rare trains. So a greater percentage of riders will be caught unawares, say because they usually come at a different time and have no chance of catching a surprise express.When a behind-schedule 6 goes express southbound from 14th to BB, stopping only at Bleecker, they make a ridiculous number of announcements, making it even further behind schedule. So the concern is based on some reality. |
