some of those stations are high level, and FWIW, PRR had to raise plats at DC, Balto, Wilminmgton for the Metroliners 50 years ago. So, it is time for at least all of the Keystone stations. In my vision of real progress Alexandria, a new station for allof the TOD at former Pot Yartd,and others all the way to Richmond as well as stringing catenary. Acela 1s should be usable for many more years unless the bodies are worn out. (and next, string the wires to Albany)
