Its hard to believe that person or persons could do all that w/o anyone noticing. One way it makes sense in my mind is that the tagging deed was done in the tunnel on the tail tracks beyond 96th St Sta.in the tail tracks and with some kind of mask on too. I'll bet the NYPD found the cans and probably a mask and gloves. |
