Back when I was in the schedule office and the Archer Av subway was still under construction I submitted a suggestion to do just that. While I received a formal commendation for it, It was not done because by the time I made the suggestion, construction was too far advanced to allow for such a connection to be built. Another example of the cesspool of incompetence that passes for TA planning. It’s the same lack of planning expertise that resulted in connecting only the express tks of the BMT Bway Subway to 63 St and the SAS even though the subway infrastructure was designed for it. |
